Last Friday, me and Ahmed decided not to go to our home town, and go any where else as a change …and we did..
We always wanted to visit El Ein EL-Sokhna since ever, we’ve never been there before and we heard so much about it, so we head over there ![]()
It was me and Ahmed with one family related couple (Sara and Ramy) we moved at 11 a.m. having no idea about anything.. it was like a discovery trip…
on the high-way to ein sokkhna we got amazed of how wonderful it’s, the weather was just perfect Masha’llah, and the road itself was very clean and freeee, the best thing ever really was the nature of it…
You can see mountains around you everywhere , the sky view and the clouds were SOB7AN AL KHALEK , it were more than amazing really, so, before getting to our desired place, we were having so much fun from the road itself that we could be back home

When we got there, we found out that ein sokhna isn’t a town , it’s more to be a long road with hotels and resorts on it, where the road itself is bounded with mountains from one side and the red sea from the other one…. wonderful, huh?
We didn’t know were to stop exactly,so we decided to keep driving and discover the whole places then choose one, we spent about 2 or 3 hours in the car till we reached “Al za’farana” , there was windmills, hundreds of them (they’re used for producing electricity by the way)

Finally we stopped at Al-Za’farana and had a nice walk on the beach, b.t.w Ahmed wanted to stop every 5 minutes to take shoots of the beautiful nature there, yet his little camera didn’t help him that much

Al-za’farana is 30 or 40 kms from Sokhna, Hurgada is 300 kms from it, so Ahmed and Ramy were ready to go there too
We moved back to sokhana road, trying to find a nice place on the beach to sit and have something to eat, but unfortunately the beach was private for owners and we weren’t..
So we went to Porto Sokhna, which is a very nice place really, we had lunch there and sat for like 2 hours or may be more .. the weather were so perfect and the view was pretty, also there was a nice band playing there (Ahmed was extremely excited about it)

We moved again after Maghrib, it was getting dark, and the nature of mountains and the sea, isn’t that pretty at dark night ![]()
So we got back to Cairo…
Though we spend more than the half of the day in the care, discovering the places and the road, but it was a really nice and different day… I believe we all had so much fun, the company was great too…and the adventure itself was the best…
El-EIn El-Sokhna as I saw, is one of the prettiest places I ever visited, and the reconstruction is very wide and rapidly spreading there, I recommend this place for you to visit, and wish you enjoy it as much as we did.
Ahmed: It was a really wonderful day to spend together, I didn’t tell you so before, so Thank you My Love (L)
